Go to the latest post by clicking LAST POST on the Blue Topic bar (if you are not already on the latest post).
Type in the text box. There are a number of formatting options in the edit tool bar and you can add links if you wish. When completed simply press the blue ADD THIS button.
Once you have posted this item you have 30 minutes in which you can go back and edit it. After 30 minutes it’s not possible to edit your post.
