Some are born wanting to be nude, some grow into it. I was born this way. In my early years I was nude if left alone at home, or off in the woods with my clothes in the basket of my bike. As with many others, marriage to a wonderful person who cannot stand being nude let alone seeing it has cramped my style. Still, I get in 4 or more nude hours on an average day, some of it outdoors in season. My main hobby and my work are one, linguistics, but I also go in for biology, genealogy, personality analysis, homeopathy - I am in fact a data freak. Music, languages, flowers, fiction - I like detailed structures following interesting patterns. I am on the fringe of the Aspie spectrum. Born in Baltimore, lived New Haven, Los Angeles, London, Nairobi. Prefer dry weather to wet, cool to cold or hot. On the negative side, some find me hard to understand, others do not like it when I question their assumptions. Which I do in the spirit of collegial debate. Tell me I am wrong, I will calmly ask why and either agree with you or show why you are wrong to say I am wrong.
Which leads to what am I seeking - which is the chance to exchange views over a cuppa in the senior common room, to be and say who I am and to gather data (I told you) on who you are. On Single/Couple status, to clarify - I am far from single, but my wife almost certainly will never visit here.
