Hi, my first naturist experience was on a beach in Portugal. I enjoyed the experience hugely and never forgot the feeling of freedom I experienced. I became a regular naturist just a few years ago and often visit the Naturist Foundation, Brockenhurst. I would like to discover more places where I can practice naturism and meet up with people who are like-minded. I am in my fifties now and firmly believe a naturist lifestyle is healthy for body and mind!
