A few years back my partner tried, unsuccessfully to get me to skinny dip in a deserted cove in NZ. I thought too long about what if someone sees me rather than would I enjoy it. I’ve regretted that missed opportunity ever since. In recent months I finally stripped off and swam at a beach near home and it was a transformation for me. Now I don’t want to keep my clothes on at all.
