Life is short, so 'Carpe Diem'.
Have been naturising since my early 20s when I got my first 'own transport', a Lambretta LDB150, to get to favourite N. Wales beaches, like Harlech, and enjoyed the outdoors freedom.
Had less opportunity in the middle years, but am now able to enjoy the lifestyle on this island, on the Greek Islands, but mainly in my own 'privatised' garden.
Enjoying good health, watching diet and weight, exercise and naturism all make for good body-awareness. I enjoy walking the local footpaths, the Downs and the Island's quieter beaches.
It's essential to have hobbies to keep the brain active, liking photography, music, family history, reading and the garden, not forgetting NC, revealing how like-minded others see this philosophy on life and getting the best out of it.
