It can be a matter of opinion but our view is that if someone either starts a Topic or takes the time to write a considered opinion or response then we would say that’s contributing to the discussion. If someone just adds “Yeah” or “Great!” or similar then OK, that maybe a valid response but wouldn’t count towards an application for, say, the Image Groups on Naturist Corner.
