I was thinking of doing a trip oround the British coastline as I have nearly a month off in the summer. As such I was looking to see if people could send me pics of their local beach so I can create a sort of library of what to expect. i.e. is it rocky, sandy, pebbles... is there a nice view, are there dunes is it secluded and the like.

(I know it's asking a lot but if poss try not to reduce/crop pics too much as once a pic drops below 100k it loses clarity and scale).

Many thanks............. but where is it? Is it even a beach? Looks a bit rocky? Does the tide effect the use?

Yes the tide does effect the use if you do not won't to walk on the pebbles for 3-400 yds. It does have sand, but most naturists use the flat rocks, I suppose something like Croatia.
Oh it's in South Wales. It can be accesed by 3 ways, The small water fall is from a stream running over the cliffs.

Having had my first experience of a naturist holiday venue with practically no beach (Ile de Levant of the South France coast), I now prefer sunbathing and swimmign off rocks to beaches - even without a costume for the sand to get inside.  ::)

I have been to Slapton sands a number of times, which is not far from me. It is a huge beach, with one end next to pilchard cove (near Strete) used by naturists'. It has a corse sand/ fine pebble beach with toilets about a half mile walk in the car park. The car park has a ticket machine and I advise getting one as the tow away squad are keen here! The Sea can be very cold as it shelves off about 10 meters from the edge. Lovely and clean though and rarely gets busy. A lovely beach with stunning views. Ideal if you fancy a spot of nude fishing!

Had my first beach visit of the year on Thursday, at Wild Pear near Combe Martin, North Devon.
Absolutely great, no-one else around for 3 hours of sun, pity the water was too cold for a dip.

Ive stayed at Manor Farm. Its a good site but you have to get dressed when you want to use the facilities as they are in the clothed area.
You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes but it is longer on the way back because of the slope.

Bexhill/Pevensea 'unofficial' naturist beach.
aka Norman's Bay
Lovely wide open beach with tons of space, large areas of finer pebbles (not so hard on ones back) and when the tide's out perfect for sandy walks in the wash.
Avoid if very windy though as it's a bit exposed (or take a wind break).

This is Birling Gap (on a cold winters afternoon) but gives an idea of what it's like when the tide is out.
This is my favorite beach as the white cliffs keep the heat long into the afternoon. It's unofficial but National Trust land who turn a blind eye.
