Which I suppose gives them the upper hand here.
Maybe someone should start a 'counter' page.

Mind you I have been sitting and dwelling on this - maybe we should add it but put something on our profile to say why.

So far there are very few genuine naturists actually posting (well done to 'nib' for being so vocal!) so perhaps what is needed is for more of us to be doing it.

Back again!!!

i might start a new profile just for the naturist part of my life with a random photo so i can use that to comment without causing any alarm to ex workmates ,  family and friends that don`t know about my naturism on my current one , not sure how easy that is to do as i think you need another email address too ! i`ll give it some thought though . Yes well done to nib ! Rich

Hi Rich - you can always set up a hotmail/windows live email address and I have done the same - a profile just for this.

Back again!!!

I just joined face book (Ali Nat Corner) with the thought of adding something to Lisa's wall, however it seems to have to add the page to my profile which I don't want to do!   🙁

Annoying isn't it - if you want to comment you have to join the group which might be taken to show support. But at least 10 of the 31 there at the moment are BN members and not supporters so you wouldn't be alone.

I'm not sure that the group appears in your Facebook profile. Can you see it in mine?

Cheers,
nib

We are going on Sunday (looking at the forecast) in the hope that Lisa gives me a piece of paper---I would just love that. If any of you fancy saying Hi, pm us and we will let you know how to recognise us. if you are a single guy, please let us know how to recognise you. To avoid missunderstandings lol
Andy
I think you guys are right, we dont want the world to know we are naturists, only other naturists. How we get around that, I don't know.

Seems we may have a spy amongst us , strangely after all our chat about what the facebook wall says it is no longer poss to read the wall openly , now you have to request to `join the group` before thats possible . Has this just happened by coincidence ??? Rich  :-/

You are correct, you now have to request to join. May well do, I am on facebook. Maybe its a ploy to put her feeble membership up ?

you could be right there with the feeble membership , 30 in the time thats been running with 10 of those not actually for closure is very feeble ! when people get 10`s of thousands for random acts on facebook . i understand she is upset by what goes on in the dunes as are we all but ruining it for everyone isn`t the way forward . Rich p.s enjoy your day there and please keep us posted Andy or is it Anya ?  :-/ Rich

Hi Rich, Andy and Anya both posting.lol
Nothing to report at all. No leaflets, no protesters and they missed a golden oportunity as even the overflow car park was well used.
On another good point there were only about 20% of the normal dune creatures and they were very well behaved, well from where we were looking. Some "familiar faces were missing"
On a bad point, not a single High Visibilty Police patrol and no Holkham Pickup either ! We arrived on the beach at about 11.45 and left at 5.30 and saw nothing. The weather got better as the afternoon went on but there were not as many couples as I would have expected and the single guys on the beach were nearer the sea than  the dunes, one or two looked a little uncomfortable, understandably! Lets hope the creatures behave in future and that the protest fades away.
I think, wether permitting that we will be going next sunday and will see what we can find out then as well

Hi Rich, Andy and Anya both posting.lol

Very well typed with 4 hands on the keyboard ! must have been fast too hahaha ;D . Sounds like you`ve had a good day at the beach then glad to hear that . Its a shame about the lack of patrols on the beach though , would be nice to see some sign of that . Not sure its safe to say Holkham Pickup though someone could take that the wrong way hee hee  ;D . I had a nice afternoon down at my local lake with my dog , swimming naked ( me , he had his collar on ) and laying in the sun for a few hours , i spent the rest of the day in my garden . Rich

Did anything get 'resolved' re the Holkham protest?  Would hate this beach to close - it's fantastic.  I can understand their being problems with the 'dune' types, but most of the other naturisits I saw were nearer the sea (well away from the dunes).

Besides, Holkham's so massive, there must be space for everyone?  I bet the people who go the the 'clothed' section nearer the carpark don't even know there's a naturist bit.
