In a stone 'igloo' at least that was what we called it.

When people numbers had reduced (but before dark !) I (male) ran to the sea only me that day but both not looked back since

It was me but my wife was only a couple of hours behind.

We found ourselves on a nude beach and I thought "when in Rome" and went for it.

After a morning on the beach we retired to the beach bar for lunch and when we returned my wife took he bikini off without a second thought.

Easy answer for me - it was me by several years. The first time she went naked was at a clothes optional hot-springs in the US. The first part of the first day was an emphatic "No." Later in the evening she was a bit chilly. There was a warm pool near to our room and we both were naked as there was no-one else around. The next morning she was naked. She gradually came to accept the life-style.

For those whose partners are still in the "No" camp, don't give up hope.

It was my wife by a few years.
She went on a girly holiday before we met and her and her friends all went to a nudist beach.
It was her who laughed at me for not stripping off on the beach.

I'm first, maybe only, of the familhy so far as I know.  MJ my wife cyrrently barely [sorry about that!] can stand to be nude alone in the  shower, but I would like to hope some day she will be #2.

I went naked first and it took my wife over a year before she went naked as well. She did not tell me she was going to do it so it came as a big surprise to me. I think she just did not say anything in case she chickened out, but after that we have been on the beach several time in the nude together.

I started in 1982 when I went to the clothes-optional beach near Bretignolles in France while my wife stayed with our disabled son to whom the beach was inaccessible and then later that year I started going to the daily early morning clothing-optional swimming at Tooting Bec Lido (since prohibited by the leisure company to which the pool management has been sub-contracted).
My wife only started going naked in public on holiday in 1986 when she sunbathed naked beside the river Loire while I skinny-dipped and then dried in the sunshine.
Since then we haven't looked back and all our holidays and weekend hotel stays tend to centre around naturism.

Me by a few minutes at maspalomas about thirteen years ago. We went a little way back off the beach. I stripped of right away and my wife followed when she realised that every one around us was naked. Unfortunately we didn't have any shelter from the sun so we only stayed on the beach for a short time.

That's easy to answer. Me but then it is only me who participates. My wife will not now entertain being naked in house far less outside and/or on a beach. This is disappointing given that my wife was willing to go topless on crowded beaches years ago when we holidayed abroad.

When I met my wife, I was already a naturist. Pretty soon the topic came up and she said it was something that she'd never really considered, but had no objections in theory. I'm a photographer and she posed nude for me very early in our relationship in the back garden of my parents' house and we sunbathed together. She loved the sensation, and pretty soon we were sharing many times naked together and a trip to Ainsdale Beach near Southport converted her to nudity on a public beach.

It was me first, on a family holiday in Argeles in France 30 years ago. I had thought of doing it for a while and as we were on a naturist beach I went for it. The second time was some years later after the boys had grown up and no longer holidayed with us. On that occasion we both went for it together and have done ever since when the occasion allows.

I even have a photo to remind me of that first occasion as my wife grabbed the camera as I was returning from the sea!
