Again, I agree with everything you say - I probably wasn't seen by the man in his kitchen! He had the lights on, which is why I saw him.

I don't particularly want to be recorded by CCTV and avoid them if possible. As others have said, the chances of being recognisable are not high even if you are spotted.

I've done plenty of walking at night, but never nude. Should I indulge, which I may well do, I shall ensure it is away from premises that are likely to have CCTV, i.e. I shall walk in the countryside.

I do recall a group of us going out one deep frosty night and having some food at a picnic table in the middle of no-where. It was definitely not a clothes optional event due to the company and the climate!!

Personally I can't wait for those balmy summer nights when a long naked wander is utterly fabulous!

This may sound silly - but i have never thought of doing this - i long to be able to walk locally naked - and always worry about houses etc - but of course at night everyone is in bed of snug indoors - when the warm evenings get here i will be doing this for sure 😉

Have done 3 short evening walks in the last week in my area, saw nobody and it was fantastic. Unfortunately not too warm this week!

Inspired by these posts and an afternoon in the sun, I have completed my first night walk. What exhilaration, a short walk away from the urban lights down a lane and into fields where I couldn't wait to strip off, an hour later I was home. Can't wait for the next one.

re the CCTV My neighbour recently put a comera on his roof which swivels through 360 degrees and is motion activated. Fortunately it doesn't cover our garden and I know its blind spots in the street.

Any time he wants he can just check on his PC (yes, all linked together) and see if the camera's been recording anything, if it has he can run through and see what's been going on.

oh dear seems the two cameras on our porch wall should have had planning consent.... one points down the drive to the front gate the other up the drive to the parked cars and shed/garage doors.

Went for my first night time walk last week while on holiday in N Devon, my daughter and myself left the beach at Abbotsham at about 22.20 having been naked on the beach from about 20.00 hrs .
Thought it would be safe enough ie not likely to see anyone, how wrong we were shortly after leaving the beach after watching bats flying round we came within sight of a fisherman and further along the coastal path came across two people sitting on a bench, by time I had noticed them it was too late to turn around or cover up, ah well just kept going it was quite dark by this time, all well nothing said and just carried on and yes will be doing this again.
In fact next day we got up at 05.30 with the intention of walking along the beach at Westward Ho! but the tide was in, but will be trying this again.
