Why would you want to be seen by textiles when out walking naked ?.Meeting someone when out walking is surely a different matter !.

I agree with Cian, if you are seen walking naked in the woods then you can claim to be a naturist. Shirt cocking it just makes you look like a perv, if it’s too cold to go nude, wear clothes. That’s what they are for.

It doesnt bother me at all if seen from a distance.  I prefer not to be seen up close.  I do know of exhibitionists who relish being seen.  Luckily,  as a hill walker,  i rarely see people and,  when i do,  i have plenty of time to adjust my route.

I seen an elderly gent (80+) in Charco del Palo earlier this year come out of the shop wearing a shirt and a bomber type padded jacket, noting from the waist down.... What is that all about?

If I am walking with a backpack I often keep a shirt on, but open, for comfort from the straps. Otherwise its down to temperature

The more often you are seen, the less it will bother you. Some people want to be seen by textiles.

Also the more naked walkers are seen out and about the more naturism will be accepted by the general public.

I suspect that he just felt cold - it is quite a common phenomenon in the morning queue for breakfast rolls and croissants at Euronat baker's.
Even my wife, who is very scathing of "willy dangler" t-shirts bought me a short fleece to wear like this, although I very rarely wear it.

As I was out on my daily naked walk today,  I was seen.  I didnt see them coming behind me until I saw the shadow.  It was a low flying Virgin hot air balloon.  I heard the giggles as they passed overhead :-).  That was fun.

I was out for a walk this morning on Dartmoor.
rounded a bend near kings tor to be greeted by 2 horseriders.
now normally I try to avoid them, as it would seem if I get a complaint its usually form people on horses !
one asked where I was going and why I was naked, I explained I was a naturist just out for a morning walk.
the other one asked if I would mind holding on to their horses for them, while the ran under the bridge we were on for a wee break !
how could I refuse. a nice reaction I thought, and maybe I shouldn't generalise who I am going to get complaints from!

Generalisations are perfectly good provided you remember that they will always have exceptions - especially if generalised from a small sample.
