That's one reason why wearing just shorts or a swimsuit is so unpleasant.

No not mad at all I have done the same thing myself many times. Like you if I intend to go out walking with some clothes on  I always find that I decide to give it a try without them when I start off and I just don't get round to putting them back on again. I am often surprised how quickly I adjust to the weather.

I admire your stamina, I'm just getting used to the idea of a naked walk. I keep hearing about the positives of stripping off, hopefully your story will inspire me.

Yes mad as a hatter!  - at least in the eyes of many non-naturists, and I dare say a few naturists too.

You enjoyed the walk, it made you feel good, got your senses and the endorphins going and didn't harm anyone. On these points I'd say you are sane.

I've wondered from time to time that if an naturist is seen walking in the winter as opposed to the summer would the viewer, and perhaps the Police, be more inclined to consider the person walking naked has mental health issues. I always feel more exposed to view in the winter with the leaves missing from the trees and hedges. On the other hand you can see if others are about more easily.

Hardly mad.  Not doing it just now, but a year ago it would likely have happened, particularly on some of my dogwalks.  They wear very little.

Thanks for the reassurances, I was seriously begging to question my sanity. its not so much the temperature but the fact that its raining too.
I'm off with the dog again shortly and the weather is atrocious, whats the odds on me keeping my clothes on? any bodies guess to be honest but we'll see. I know what you mean  Davie about being seen in the winter If I'm questioning my own sanity what are others to think?
Although yesterday the weather was that bad there wasn't a sole out, even the wild life was in doors I think.

It will feel very cold in the rain and with the wind today, I don't think you will be naked for long

This photos was taken on our Naturist Ramblers walk last year in the New Forest.  It was tipping down. On the whole walk we met one person, but we hardly spotted each other as we all had our 'heads down' as we battled through the rain.

Have never walked naked in the rain, wondering whether I've missed out on something special. Think I shall wait till it's warmer though.

I've never done a nude walk in the rain but I do like to go out in the garden during a heavy downpour, preferably in the summer though.
