I'm sure that there must be, considering the size of the site.
A description of Euronat that I have found on the Internet states, "In the centre of the site there is a large commercial centre with numerous shops, restaurants and bars, together with hairdresser, outfitters, hardware, launderette and bank. There is also the traditional boulangerie where you can buy fresh throughout the day your Croissants, Pain's and Baguette's plus lovely pastries for that tea time treat. You can be totally self sufficient within Euronat if what you are looking for is a 'throw away the keys and forget about the car type of holiday' but there are many places to visit in the surrounding district."
See the photos at http://www.euronat-thalasso.eu/en/village/village-naturiste-centre-commercial.asp

We are driving to Euronat on 15th/16th August, can anybody tell me if there is a launderette?

Thanks

Alan

Yes, and it is service wash only so that chore will not eat into your leisure time.

I'm thinking of going last week in August [a bit last minute I know]. As just for a week, I don't want to drive down - it's also cheaper flying than just the cost of the ferry. So my question is - does anyone know a good way to get from Bordeaux airport to Euronat?

I don't know about airport to railway station, but there is a rail service to Lesparre where there are taxis and the occasional bus to Euronat. I think the distance is about 5Km.
There is also a commuter bus from Euronat to Bordeaux every morning and evening.
I know this from the timetables on the wall of the internet café in Euronat but I expect the information is available somewhere on line.

It's not on the Euronat web site - you will have to use google France to search for the bus operator.

I think that you will find all the information that you need, with the timetables for the Summer of 2014 (but in French) there:

Last year we flew from Luton to Bordeaux with EasyJet and then hired an Opel Astra from www.auto-europe.co.uk which cost £243.77 for a week.
Tomorrow we leave for two weeks but this time we are driving.

Enjoy!

We aso always drive, but that is partly because we bring back a year's supply of wine (120 litres or more).

I always check the payload figure before buying a car.
The other secret is bringing it back bag-in-box and bottling it at home. A 10 litre box fills 13 bottles plus a taster. Bringing bottled wine half the weight is glass.

Well  I've finally booked it for just the last week in August [decided to rent car in the end as Enterprise was reasonable]. If anyone else there it'd be good to have a beire [or vin] buddy.
