Well I've finally booked it for just the last week in August [decided to rent car in the end as Enterprise was reasonable]. If anyone else there it'd be good to have a beire [or vin] buddy.
Last week of august they will be winding down a bit as it is when the French return home, but i hope you have all the enjoyment we have at the beginning of the season.

It was a great place - weather not great but better than uk [especially as could be naked all the time]. Will definitely go back, but for more than a week next time
