Hoping to go to Cornwall for the 1st time next year. Thought it best to ask if any one can recommend a place . Been going to Wales for the last 20 years Pembrokeshire. Used to a nice country cottage and uncrowded beach. Thought it best to ask when summer hols are still fresh to mind. Of course would like to make use of a naturist beach.

🙂

Why not attend Nudefest in June.
It's hoped to last a week this time and Perran Sands and Vault Beach can easily be visited.

I'd certainly recommend Vault Beach.  I've been there a couple of times this year and it is still wonderfully deserted.

Hi

If you're in Cornwall and get as far as Lands End you must visit Pedn Vounder.

Look for Treen, near Porthcurno, and it's due south.  It's a bit of a walk and the last section is a pretty stiff clamber down some rocks to the beach but if the weather's fine you can't beat it.  It is tidal and much of the beach disappears as the tide comes in.  It is safe and as far as I know you can't be cut off by the rising tide.  Just watch what everybody else is doing and make sure you can get back to the path up the cliff.

It was the first naturist beach I ever visited in 1975 and I've been back many times since (August last year was my last visit).

It's a complete mix of textiles and naturists with no invisible barrier; naturists at that end, textiles the other.  Everyone seems perfectly happy together and you can stand there and chat with a textile family and be completely at ease.

Do try and make a visit.

Martin

Fully agree with Martin2 re Pedn Vounder. Spectacular beach and a very relaxed atmosphere.

It is sometimes accessible at low tide from the adjacent Porthcurno beach. We're off to Cornwall again this year and as Mrs F70100 doesn't fancy the climb down, we'll be planning to go round at low tide then come back up the path.

All booked for 2 weeks in June, staying in a cottage set in it's own grounds away from any other property. (Don't want to upset anybody). So plenty of opportunity to be naked. Looking to visit naturist beaches in the area, thanks for the suggestions already made.

😎

If I didn't already have accommodation fixed up (caravan), I'd be very tempted by this place .
