We have been to Morfa quite a lot. Nice and easy to get to the car park just outside Barmouth, but not as easy to get to the naturist area!! I'm sure anyone on here who has been will agree, a 20min + walk on sand isn't great. Definately worth it tho, fantastic beach. Everytime we have been, the naturist as always been the busiest part of the beach. Will definately be over before the summer ends.

Yes, I agree westmid, it is a great spot. I've spent many a happy hour on this beach.

I'm hoping to get there this week. Fingers crossed with the weather.
It is just as easy to walk to naturist bit from Shell Island but you pay to park there (day visitor or camping).

We live about 90 mins away from dyfryn & its worth the drive lovely beach, can suffer from guys lurking in the dunes sometimes but still a lovely unspoilt beach

Morfa's the only one I've been to.  Was there a week ago, as Westmidnudist says 'fantastic beach'.  Naturists were using the dunes and there were very few 'meerkats' that I saw - I was too busy relaxing and enjoying the day.

just to add to our earlier post, is there anything we should know about this place? we understand that it's a longish walk to get onto the beach which is ok by us. are there any particular areas to stay away from or stay close too?
