My first time was in Spain on the Costa Del Sol.  I decided to venture down to the Naturist beach.  Upon arriving I felt a little shy, but within 30mins or so I decided to join in and remove my shorts.  There were some textiles mixed in with the Naturists but I felt so much more comfortable nude, I even met a lovely Italian lady who was actually on my flight - she came over and introduceed herself as she had seen me on the flight the day previous, after a couple of days she invited me to join her friends for a drink in the town.  I felt liberated and loved taking a dip in the sea.  I have not looked back since and have attended some swims in the UK some naturist clubs and my highlight was going to Agde this year.  Would be great to meet some more friends on here.

It is unbelieveable the feeling of freedom and well being when you go 'native' isn't it.  All the trapping (physical and mental) of normal day life just fall away.  Like you one of my favourite things is swimming nude.

Those few mircrons of material make such an enormous difference. Textiles just don't get it and wander what all the fuss is about. Get naked and really feel free. I suppose for them it's the law of diminishing (or increasing?) returns. The closer you get to nudity the harder it is for them. For us, the more you take off, the faster it's off.
Just like taking off a pair of tight fitting shoes. Only probem is - just where do you put your hankie?

It is a great feeling once you have taken the first step and then you wonder what all the fuss was about, I love been nakesd, the freedom but also how much more relaxing it is around like minded people.
