It's good that you enjoy the experience of sleeping naked, but is it the thrill of doing somethng your parent would find offensive that gives you a buzz?

Being nude has to start with taking something off ;D

It was about 30plus years ago, since then Ive found some nice quiet places that I could walk my dog in the buff, and visited a couple of beaches.

I'm pleased you have found happiness in a naturist life that suits you. I wasn't being a judge, simply stating a view based on what I read. Many youngsters begin by secretively being nude at appropriate times and move on with much happiness to a fulfilled naturist life. Some sadly continue to do there naturism in secret furtive times.

I fully understand, its not until you see forums like this you start to look at people in a different light

I don't remember when I started sleeping in the nude but I think it was a long time ago, certainly when I was at school. I also can't remember whether I had to hide it from my mum but I remember having pyjamas that I never wore. All seems so vague now.

I have a pair of Pj's - worn only once some years back when I went into hospital overnight. Apart from that, never worn any for the last 50-odd years.
Now they are redundant - any ideas?  ;D

Not sure if I've still got a pair. Doubt if they'd fit now anyway. I'd have to use hospital PJs now in an emergency. As to old PJs, ideal for the rag bag for applying polish, brasso etc. They have no place on my body.

Not had any jimjams myself since my early teens.  My mum was quite relieved when I told her I didn't need any more as I preferred to sleep naked.  Saved her a few bob and a bit of washing.  Never worn anything since, not even for a recent hospital stay.

When I stayed in hospital I slept naked, but I had to have a 'ridiculous' gown by my bed for any walks away from my bedside. I put the gown on in the traditional way and clasped the front together because the tie-straps were missing all down one side. Often my 'bits-n-bobs' were seen by nurses and I would get told off for "bouncing my bits". Many people are allowed to sleep nude in hospitals if on a 'same-sex' ward, but my nurses often 'pretended' to be angry at my semi-nude trips to the loo etc!  ;D 

When I first started to spend weekends with some friends in London, I took PJ`s, but over the years as I got to know them better, I slept naked, best part of it was I could happily hang about in just boxers during the day if I wanted to.
My friends didn't mind me what I wore, but as they had a son, I made sure I had something on if he was about

Once when I was about 10 my (textile) Dad slept naked next to me on holiday (after asking my permission first) due to the intense heat and humidity. Being shy at that time I didn't dare.

But later I had my first nude swim and the following summer I began to sleep naked at the age of just 14, since my parents would rarely come into my bedroom to wake me up. It didn't feel naughty at all to me, but instead felt much more comforting.

The PJs are still used when sleeping over at relatives and friends places.

Not even during the winter? I always get too cold when trying to sleep naked in the winter months; no matter what the tog rating of the duvet is, my head, arms and shoulders get cold quickly and eventually the rest of me too. In spring and autumn I can get away with going "bottomless".

I sleep nude all year round and keep the heating down in the bedroom. Problem is I snuggle down uner the devet and then get into trouble "with management" for snoring. Ah the trials and tribulations of a naturist. 😕

I can't even remember the last time I wore night clothes.  Since the nice weather earlier this year it has just been a quilt cover (without the quilt) and wa always have the windows open unless the rain is so hard that is rains in.  I hate not breathing cool air when I am trying to sleep.

I am going into hospital in a few days time but have only just received the official letter, asking me to bring 'overnight things, including toiletries and towels'. I thought I was only going to be there for a couple of hours but guess I will now have to look for that ancient pair of PJs which I probably last wore when I was still at school. Good thing I kept them 'in case'..... 🙂
