First time I went nude was on a beach in Ainsdale Southport a few years back, it felt really good and relaxing..I have been nude many times at home, but I would not really consider to count that as nudism lol
I agree home and even garden nudity doesn't really count. At Ainsdale and Formby you do have to be careful becuase the authorities are anti-naturist; besides swimming is not good there.
My baptism was in the Greek Islands followed up by Spain and Croatia all highly recommended.

That is quite usual.
The 2001 NOP poll on naturism indicaed that a quarter of the population has swum naked, a seventh has sunbathed naked but only 2% would consider themselves to be naturists.
