Having lived in Germany for some years, I have to tell you there are not many fully naturist, (look for FKK in case you did not know), inland as most are based on the northern coast.

One in Bavaria is this one: http://www.camping-hilsbachtal.de/

In addition, many of the textile sites, (particularly in the Black Forest, (Schwarzwald), have FKK facilities, particularly if they are blessed with a lake.  Because of the German attitude to nudity, they don't make a big issue of this and it will involve trawling through campsite features to find the FKK tag!

Of course as you plan to visit Bavaria, the obvious place to visit is the Englischer Garten in Munich. A massive park in the centre of Munich that has a river with a surprisingly fast flowing river!

if you cant find any info on the internet why not give it a call to the German tourist office there in UK? There should be one and you could get also other kind of into.

True about the main park and the island (right below the Deutsh Museum) where there are a lot of naked people in the summeritme. And you can also go to the wellness center in Rtding (feel free to ask about the last one).
