Has anyone been to the Czech Republic?
If so I would be grateful for any feedback.
I've been there a number of times for work. As I don't get much free time, though, I can't offer a lot of advice other than nudity in Saunas is normal and the Czech people in general don't seem to have the prudish values seen in this country I've been with Czech people who needed to change their clothes who simply stripped off (to underwear) and changed their clothes. No fuss, no hiding.
So I think you'll be fine if you find a quiet place to sunbathe.
Boundaries are there to be stretched!
