near Dunster, Somerset, on Thursday 8th may, starting at 10.30 am

Well you missed it, it was an ideal day for walking, light breeze, copious sunshine, and good company.
Six of us covered a good ten/eleven miles of undulating woodland, only encountered one textile dog walker, and passed three agricultural workers, so didn't have to cover up often, hence a now very healthy pink glow to the skin.

I am pleased you had an enjoyable time Don, I only wished we lived in the southwest. Irene & I like a naked stroll through woodland in dappled sunshine. The limit of ours so far is nothing like 10/11 miles but we can look forward to a much longer one in the future.

The length of the walk is decided by the company present at the start, we do have some less able walkers, at times, and adjust walks to suit, zimmer frames are permitted!
