Where in Beds do you go walking? I go to a place just outside Cambridge and have no problems with textiles I meet on route and have been going there for quite a number of years now and walk all the way naked. I have taken others along with me and after the first time being met by a textile out walking have soon got used to being seen iven if we may cover up as we pass them by, or is it you are still shy at being seen out walking naked?

Not at all shy at being seen.  If I do cover it is out of courtesy for other walkers.  I don't like to presume they are ok with me being naked so I respect their choices.

If I accidentally meet people I simply say hello and carry on. 

In the summer I was walking around the country just outside Bedford but there aren't many places where one can walk very far.  In the spring I will start to explor further afield so perhaps over your way or Northants.

    Ok will be nice to see you over this way so we can have a walk and chat as we stroll along and enjoy the fresh air and freedom of being clothes free, while the cold winter is still with us I go to a spa down the A1 north of Hatfield for a nice sauna/steam room and hot tub pluss the added bonus of meeting other naturists and having a chat with them. I also try to get as much time clothes free at home as I can.

I am beginning to feel I am not a social naturist really.  I love to get out and walk through the woods but the idea of a resort or naturist gathering just doesn't have any appeal.  I dont much like crowds in any case so I suppose thats the main reason but I dont necessarily feel a need to share space and experiences with other naturists.  I am just as happy to be with textiles as long as I can be comfortable in my skin.

My mission this year - to convert textiles to naturism 🙂

"AS" I could not have put it better, there are times when I feel out of place in this forum.  I have no inclinations to join a club or go to a resort for naturism and nude socialising really doesn't inspire me either.  So what am I doing in this forum?

I spend sometime naked in the home on my own or when my wife is around.  This is simply because it's more comfortable and convenient.  I would never be naked with textile friends and relatives.  I'm not a great one for sun simply because I do burn easily.  Being naked in snow strikes me as completely mad, so not a cold climate nudie at all.

However on a warm clothing optional beach where I know it is OK to go nude I always to do so simply because it feels so much nicer.  I am happy to be naked among textile strangers as long they don't mind and I do often suggest that they should try it at least once.  Most of us know from personal experience that once tried going costume free is always preferred.

Bareometer you think the same way I do.  I have recently left Skinbook after an argument with the mods but I am glad I have.  It seems to consist of perves or nudists who insist you can only be one if you go to a chat room and let everyone see you naked or post full frontal pictures.

This is the only naturist site I now use.  It is grown up, interesting and genuine.  We don't get bothered by pests because we don't have to put nude pictures in our profiles.

As I have always said - being a naturist is a state of mind, not a state of dress.
