Whats wrong with a pair of shorts?
Absolutely nothing, I regularly used to have a pair available when walking, which slipped on quite well, but after finding an old short denim skirt that belonged to my former wife, I tried this and found it even easier to slip on, and felt extremely comfortable with no restrictions on my "bits"

Whats wrong with a pair of shorts? Am I missing something?
Nothing wrong at all, of course, if you're happy.
It is obvious however, on a country walk with cover-up coming on and off a dozen times or more, how much quicker the kilt-wearers manage it compared to the shorts-wearers.

given that a kilt or skirt is so much cooler and more comfortable especially in warm weather, why do so many females wear shorts or even trousers in hot weather..... ive given up trying to understand the workings of the female mind.... going to find a hole and a tin hat now....
