Due to work meetings being cancelled I had a few hours to spare yesterday so decided, as the weather was quite nice, to go for a naked walk along the part of Offa's Dyke north of Moel Arthur. I managed to walk for over two and a half hours without having to cover up once. I suspect the fact that the mist was on the hill tops meant that few people were out walking and even if they were we didn't see each other. 🙂

Good on you mfoden - I had some spare time the other day after finishing work very early so was able to head down to Studland. Got to the nudist section, stripped off, head in a book - wonderful. Had a chat with another nudist - both surprised that there weren't more people around. Had a quick swim - water colder than I was used to - so out and dry and back to the book.

I walked back through the dunes, which are amongst my favourite places in winter. Saw more nudists than on the beach - a mix of couples and singles. Mostly very friendly, and returned my greeting - I'm a country bumpkin, and always greet strangers unless they make a point of looking away.

Altogether a wonderful afternoon, with a feeling of elation which still hasn't worn off several days later!

Glad you enjoyed your section of Offa's Dyke. I'm hoping to walk some sections of it later this year, and nude would be my first choice!

Sounds great! As a recent move has brought me into Herefordshire and further away from SOC rambles I am looking for other venues and may start my own group walks if I can get enough walks together. My SOC mates and those who cant get to south east walks cant wait. So could you give me an idea of where you walked so I can research it myself?

best wishes,
Shay
