Will it was Setember in the heat wave it was something I had been wanting to do for a long time and in the end the drive to 'do it' was so strong I did it !! at first the beach was empty and I stripped of and walked along the beach than I saw someone coming and got dressed he just walked passed and stripped of which made me feel abit more comfy as I walked along again I stripped of and was enjoying my walk when a couple walked out from the dunes again I put my shorts on quick only to find them sitting down and stripping off. So by now I thought it was ok to be nude and just stripped of and stayed in the dunes !!. The next day I was early on the beach and stayed nude for about 6 hours chatting to other people etc I loved it even went for a dip !! I'm a new man ;D
There is no feeling like being nude on the beach 8)

I agree that the first is special but only because it is the first time particularly if it took a lot of courage at the time. As a casual rather than committed naturist I enjoy seeing other naturists and also the reactions of passing textiles to me as a naturist. I sometimes talk to passing textiles gently encouraging them to try it at least once; that's the evangelist in me. Later times are normally just as enjoyable, more so because over time you become much less body conscious.
Whilst I agree with Barometer I differ in the fact I never speak with passing textiles. I will sit and chat with other naturists and he’s right going nude does make you feel better about your own body and I believe makes you more confident in everyday life.
Going nude on the beach the first time for me was very exciting, my next step was to paddle and splash about in the warm shallow sea water, wow, exhilarating.
