I'm still building up the courage for a first naturist walk... There are none in London itself but they do take place in the Home Counties. There was one today I think at East Grinstead, which I might have attended if I'd been free. You could get there from central London by train easily enough.

The Singles Outdoor Club seem the most active walking group in the area around London, and they have a list of 2012 walks on this page.

If you're looking for somewhere to go on your own, someone from the SOC might be able to advise on suitable places. I find the countryside is quietest during a weekday in term time: no families about and most people are stuck working in an office! Even in Surrey there are quieter places to visit.

I drive around London and when i see a green space i catch myself wondering if it would be safe to ramble naked  and  then as the traffic moves on, i shake my head and say ' nah'.

So i was pleased to read thru' your table of potential green spaces and find that you had already considered some of them i.e. Trent park.

I was also interested to see that during your meeting in kentish Town pub  the landlord did not charge for the room booking.  Have you explored the possibility of regular  social meets in the pub even if upstairs?
