This was in the early 90's at Brean Sands near Burnham on Sea.  I was 20 and only aware that their was naturist activity there following a report on the local news.  I had a week off work and was single so had no one to answer to in terms of my whereabouts.  I chose a sunny day and set off getting to the beach by 10:30.  It was a nice day, first challenge was to find the nudist area.  I walked south towards Berrow and the crowds thinned out.  I explored some dunes and found an old wartime pill box that was secluded and set my self up, carefully putting lotion on the sensitive areas.  Having led there for an hour I decided to go for a walk along the front of the dunes.  As I came out of my discreet area a couple had set up base in the hollow in the dunes between me and the front of the dunes.  I quickly retreated and put my trunks on before walkingpast them again asking them to keep an eye on my kit.  They asked if I wanted to bring my towel and clothes into the area. At this point they were "textile" and I was happy to join them so thought why not.  I proceeded to continue my walk along the front of the dunes, plucking up the courage to bear all after a short while.  I saw a handful of males and couples naked from a distance but was worried how my manhood would react so kept a distance.  Thankfully things didn't rise and I covered up as I returned to my new base.

When I returned the couple were now nude and asked if i minded.  I said I didn't and led down next to them.  After half an hour I plucked up the courage to ask if they minded me taking my trunks off, to which they didn't.  So my first nude experience had an unexpected twist of lying next to a couple as nude as I was and no one batting an eyelid.
