There is a lovely place south west of Rotterdam called Rockanje (pronounced rock- can- ya) it has a long beach with some nice bars .And With a nice nudist beach.it is sometime since I worked there myself  I use to stay in Rockanje . You can commute to Rotterdam from there I use to stay in the Badhotel the name of the hotel should not put you off it is a very nice hotel . There is also a nice much larger town Hellevoesluis about 10 -15 mins drive away  let me know if this helps or you would like more info

Badhotel meant beach hotel to me when I read it, but I suspect it actually mans something else.

I will be staying in an apartment from 1st July on a 5 week rotation and in Holland until end of March next year. I will have a car too so travelling weekends will be easy enough.
I will look up the place Rockanje and  also try the sauna deco in Amsterdam if I can find it 🙂

No not at all john (jw)the bad hotel is actually a very good hotel and not as the name implies

Lets see what happens when I get there then, I hear that there are a couple of lakes around Rotterdam and Amsterdam that have naturist areas too so I will investigate those when I get the chance.
I will have the weekeds off so plenty of chance to look around too.

In amsterdam there is also a place called Amsterdamse bos, they have a lake with a nude beach as well.
