Visited the beach at Kenfig last weekend and the winter storms have washed huge amounts of stones right up to the foot of the dunes where couples used to congregate just along from the bridleway access. There has however been a lot of work done to the dune system a little further west by the conservation trust which means sand has blown through towards the beach which should provide for some nice sunbathing areas. All we need now is some warm sunny weather! Fantastic beach when the weather is nice!

Another lovely walk on Kenfig Beach today - glorious sunshine but a cold wind. Found a sheltered spot and we actually managed a little sunbathing session - although unfortunately not nude! Roll on summer!

Yeh! First nude session at Kenfig today. Quite a few m/f couples and some single men. Although the air temperature was about 14 / 15 degrees, the sun was really warm. Nice little taster for the summer ahead we hope!

I have never been to the beach at Kenfig,is the access to it from the 2 carparks at the nature center and then through the sand dunes and when on the beach is the naturist area to the right or the left, best wishes.

Parking is at the Kenfig Nature Centre. Quite a long trek through the dunes (20 - 25  mins) until you reach the old 'Haul Road'. You can either hit the beach and walk to the right (west) or follow the haul road. The naturist area is beyond the bridleway and up to the river (signposted) about 15 minutes walk.

Fantastic day at Kenfig today - sunny and warm all day. Full day's nude sunbathing. Quite a few others on beach - some like us tried a paddle but too cold as yet for the full monty. Shame it's back to work tomorrow. 8)

One of the things I enjoy on this site is discovering beautiful and/ or interesting stretches of coastline both in the Uk and abroad via members posts on the beaches they use and this one must be one of the nicest I've seen so far, thanks Sun Lovers for putting me onto this nature reserve which is similar to Saunton on a reduced scale, take it from your posts that naturists use the northern section of the beach, north west of Kenfig Pool near the car parks but south of the Kenfig River estuary.

Fantastic day at Kenfig today.  8) Sun all day and about 23 degrees. First dip in the sea, which seemed to encourage others!
