Hi, not had any bother, but I am quite careful and normally take a pair of shorts along just in case. I tend to go about 6 in the morning and 6 in the eve ( he needs the exercise otherwise he will chew the whole time

Sadly, I'm too far away to join you for a dog walk. However I walk my dog most mornings for around two hours and it is rare for me to be clothed. So rare that if I get up early and start to get dressed, the dog goes back to sleep, certain that he is not going to get a walk.

I've bumped into people a few (very few) times, but not had any problems as a result.

I do naked walks in my local wood at various times of the day - naked (no shorts) - but always walk to the woods clothed unless before 5am - when the walk if full nude there aand back. Its great to walk though woods naked without concern about people seeing i.e. looking for flowers, birds, deer, mushroms rather than people. For those that have never done this - it is a must - but much better mid day when its warm - woods are naturaly cool places.

Hi JMNude totally agree with you, the freedom the forest gives is wonderful - I must admit I think you are braver than me going without anything - at 6 in the morning, I have not met anyone yet but I know as soon as I don't take shorts there will be loads of people out walking their dogs. I'm just not what would happen, or what would be said if I bumped into someone and I was naked and they were not ! Knowing my luck it would be an off duty cop that has a chip on his shoulder and he would nab me ! Still going with shorts in hand is not so bad and does mean that the wonders of the forest can be enjoyed naked

I would love to join you one day for a nude walk one evening you will have to let me know where you start from as I would have to drive their.

Hi YBNdriver - good to hear from you, I normally go from route 23 Brandon side - go down A134 from Mundford, past Lynford then turn right towards Santon Downham - route 23 on the right hand side - normally park in first gateway with a 4x4 - hope this helps

I can't guaranty that I will be able to go very often but you might see me their in evenings occasionally if I can find it

I'm down the road north of Mildenhall.
I often walk nude in the woods on a sunny morning or afternoon. I go off the A1065 Mundford rd, nearly opposite the turn for Grimes Graves.
I've also been around that area near Santon Downham wouldn't mind joining you some time. Drop me a mail and we can see if we can meet up.
I'm an early bird so mornings are fine as well as some evenings, also Friday afternoons are good as I leave work early.

Was just reading through these Thetford Forest posts. I know the area a little though I now live on the south coast. I think Thetford Forest has probably been long used fro naked walking. I distinctly remember long yaers ago now a newspaper snippet about a poor chap who having decided to go for a nude walk in the Forest promptly discarded his clothes but on his return was quite unable to find them again ! Eventually he had to throw himself on the mercy of someone living nearby. At least if you are able to leave clothes at home you know where they are to coem back to. While I love the idea of unencumbered naked walking, I have yet to summon up sufficient courage, I fear, to walk without emergency cover. Car keys can also be problem. Keith.
