Gardening is a subject that almost goes unmentioned. It is one of my primary activities and gives most pleasure when done naked. The weather has not been very kind to strip off this year so far but having a heated greenhouse is a little compensation. I would be interested to hear from and make contact with other members interested.
I'd love to do my gardening naked but unfortunately my garden isn't private enough. I've got quite a few places I can sit or sunbathe but can't really walk around.

Totally agree with colcot, the best way to work in the garden is naturally naked. Our neighbours know we are naturists and don't object to our nudity so I always work naked in the garden.

We are lucky as part of our rear garden is now secluded enough to sunbath and garden naked, but one end of it could be visible to our neighbours if they took the trouble to look over the fence (unlikely). It's mostly the weather, particularly the East Coast, wind that stops me!
This afternoon was really lovely for naked sunbathing. Never got around to doing any gardening... 🙂

After to putting the finishing touches to our garden (the last 2 new fence panels) it is now completely private . As we live in a bungalow and bungalows either side , what more could we ask for ,ermmmm a Racecourse at the bottom of the garden over the hedge .So , today with wonderful sunshine , naked gardening !

I totally agree with Colin that if you have to do any gardening (not my favourite occupation) it is better to do it naked. Yesterday I managed to spend a few hours doing just that in the afternoon, then I lit a bonfire in the evening, still naked, thinking we were in for a downpour overnight. No rain - despite it being a Bank Holiday!! - so when I got up I revived the fire this morning and am still tending it now.
Some time soon I'll have to get dressed to go out but right now I'm enjoying the warmth of the fire and the strong aroma of woodsmoke all over me, lol.

No better way to garden and here in my acre of Spanish paradise I can do it all the time as the old Spanish man tending his allotment next door is not bothered. Only thing I have to beware of is that some orange trees carry thorns.

I am lucky I can garden naked any time as I don't have neighbours to worry about as I live in the countryside the only people who are about are walkers who stop and have a chat and mostly are not afended by my nudity

Not keen on gardening and can't do it nude because we are overlooked by half a dozen houses. Maybe if I could I'd like it more... ::)
I agree with most of the above comments. Although my wife is the green-fingered one I still enjoy pottering around in the garden - mowing the lawn, weeding, cutting back overgrown plants, etc. - and especially so when I can do it naked.
At the bottom of the garden the people there have a huge (about 15 ft!) leylandii hedge which is not very attractive but does make a good screen. Along one side are bungalows so no problem there. The only place we are overlooked into part of the garden is from the upstairs windows of the house on the other side, as can be seen from this picture in my media centre album.

Since their kids left home these bedrooms are not in use much but I guess we have been seen from time to time. It has never been mentioned and we have a good neighbourly relationship with them.
Yes, naked gardening is wonderful. We're lucky enough to have a garden that is sufficiently private too.
