We reckon the Franch Camping Club's directory of all camp sites in France to be the bible for ALL varieties of camping in France.
The web site is at www.campingfrance.com and there is also a paperback version which is available in all good French newsagents and also from the French tourist office in London and on mail order from the web site.
I seem to remember that it also had a separate list of all the camper-van and motor-home locations outside regular camp sites.
The web site is searchable by a multitude of criteria including naturist sites.

Yes, there are a couple we use:

2013 INF Naturist Holidays World Site Directory. Although not just France (42 countries; 816 destinations), it is nonetheless good for touring in the country. English edition available from the BN shop Priced £10 inc UK delivery:

Guide Officiel 2013 - Les Espaces Naturistes de France. Written in French, but not too difficult to understand. Available from the French publisher:

http://en.airecampingcar.com/ lists "aires pour camping-cars". Many of those are not proper camping sites, but just stopovers, with the minimum amount of services (typically a water-tap and access to drains). Some are just cheap or shabby, but others are more exciting, for instance those that are attached to farms - a wonderful opportunity to stop for a meal or to buy wine or fruit from the farmers.
One that I know is in Carpentras, Provence, and is run by a vinegrower who is a very good friend of mine: http://en.airecampingcar.com/aire_camping_car_gps.php/3275-Domaine%20Les%20Dominicains . Stopping there for the night is free of charge, but don't expect to be able to go away before you have visited the vineyards, learnt how to pick olives and tasted all the caskets of wine in the cellar 😉
There must be hundreds of those all over the country.

Be a little careful of staying on" airs" in france special y in high seasons .many smell so bad and there are a lot of dubious characters hanging about these places ,I'm sure you may have seen some reports on this.Far better to pull off main roads and auto routes ,most villages and towns have municipal site which may not have all the amenities but are relatively safe, this may only add 15/20 mins to your journey .

We often used municipal sites when there was no convenient naturist site en-route and were never disappointed.
They are always easy to find - just drive into the town or village and follow the signs.

We  are off to France in about 10 days , and the first night we shall stay at a municipal site just outside a Chartres , we shall feel safer there than stopping on a rest area. They also have showers , toilets and are much quieter.
