We have just returned from our holiday on the Greek Island of Kos. As many of you know, I love to keep fit by running and love nothing more than getting up early and going for a run whilst on holiday. However, this year the temperatures were so hot (30+) I decided to settle for a workout in the hotel gym each morning followed by a nice long walk along the beach.
As my wife’s idea of a holiday is to sit by the pool with a good book and watch the kids play in the pool, I went for my first workout and then headed down towards the beach.
For the past couple of years, my wife and I have been garden naturists, sitting in the garden and enjoying ourselves. We have never been naked in public so we talked about trying MOrffa Dyffryn this year. Due to family circumstances, we were unable to make this happen.
Tigaki beach is a long beach, stretching for several miles. I entered the beach near the sunbeds and began to walk along the water edge. As I approached the end of the sunbed area, I noticed that more and more of people were naked. I was surprised as that part of beach was still busy, naturists sunbathing alongside people in swimwear. I had always thought that there would be a sign, ‘Clothes optional beach’. I continued my walk and I began to think about how perfect this beach was. To my left were the mountains of Kos and to the right was the Island of Pserimos, the scenery was spectacular. I wondered what it would be like to sit here with my wife. I walked to the next resort and then turned round to walk back again. Within seconds of turning round I had taken my shorts off and was walking along the beach naked. What a feeling, the sun on my back and the cool wind blowing against me. The feeling was sensational. I was hooked. From then on I went for a naked walk twice a day, each morning and afternoon.

I wish I could get my wife to join me enjoying naturist let alone on a beach naked, that would so great. My time on nudist beach was when I was 15. I lived in Sydney and it was a hot Saturday so I went for a bike ride and noticed a small beach was very crowded and although I couldn't make it out clearly as it was on the other side of a long beach it liked people were naked. I had to find out, so I chained up my bike and headed over. I knew if it was a nude beach I would strip off but I have to say my heart was racing. When I climbed over the last lot of rocks I came across my little piece of heaven. There were many people enjoying the sun and sea all naked. I found a spot and like jumbo my shorts were off and I was naked. It felt fantastic. The sun on my naked body, my first swim naked, people smiled and said hi. To me it was perfect. I didn't have a towel to sit on, but that didn't matter I was naked amongst others that's what was important to me. Thankfully the sun was shining the next day and I was back better prepared with a towel and supplies for the day. I believe nudists have now been banned from this beach which is such a shame and shows governments and councils small mindedness.
