We visit Charco del Palo at least once a year and enjoy it immensely.

It is not the most lively place on the island but there are three restaurants and a bar serving food with a supermarket for supplies. There are no hotels but a wide choice of property is available for rent. Car essential.

If you want to chill out with other naturists it is well worth giving Charco a go.

We are a happily married family couple with lots of things going on in our lives. We both enjoy naturism but my wife likes the temperatures to be more comfortable than me which restricts UK action

I've been on the "naturist" beach at Papagayo before but last year I walked miles and didn't see anyone nude.  I'm sure there must be nude areas?

Stayed at Natura Palace in Playa Blanca and enjoyed it. It is a textile hotel but has a naturist sunbathing area. Playa Blanca is close to the Papagayo naturist beach to which you can cycle from the Natura Palace.

We were in playa blanca last November . Nice resort , no rowdies or loud music . We went to Caleta del Congrio beach on the papagayo peninsula. 80% nudist at a guess , small quiet peaceful beach , its signposted and easy to find . Just cross the deserted caravan site beyond the carpark and turn right , over some rough ground and you're there.  Have a look on google earth , you should see what I mean . If you fancy a change from hotels try a private villa . There are plenty available . We had one with a totally secluded garden and private pool  . Bliss . Try owners direct .

A planned life can only be endured .

Some years ago I visited Lanzorate and went to the opposite side of the Island to a place called Famara, while exploring the island and seemed to be naturist friendly also I saw naked people at the North of the island.

Keep On Smiling:)

We go to Lanzaroye every year in February for wife's Birthday and we always stay at Playa Blanca as we have found it best suits our needs. We always find  Papagayo beach has space to go nude but as their are 4 beaches to pick from make sure you dont go to the one with the cafe as that is just textile. Enjoy hope weather is good for you  🙂

One of the things that I cannot understand about the hotels in Playa Blanca is that, after going to the trouble and expense of providing naturist facilities, they don't tend to advertise it.
This includes the Natura Palace, Timanfaya Palace, Papagayo et all.
I would suggest that you email them to confirm what facilities they have, that way you know where you stand and they know that people are using the facilities that have been provided.

Already booked to go to Lanzarote late November.

Overall we find Playa Blanca a lovely place.  Not visited the Pappagayo beaches yet as we usually rent a villa with a pool and some seclusion.

We've done the same this time as they are very reasonably priced.

The promenade makes for a nice evening stroll, with a good selection of eateries.  The Rubicon Marina is also worth a visit.

There are many places to visit but the Volcano is a must if you haven't been before. Go about lunch time and have the BBQ chicken which is cooked over the volcano. There is a nice viewing point at the North of the Island and also the caves. Driving is easy as the roads are almost empty and car hire is available in all towns. Have a great week.

We just got back too, hired a car from a company called AutoReisen, theyre on the www & in the airport, great value & you dont get ripped off with the fuel, you only return the car with what fuel you collected it with, they dont fill it up then bill you !! Great service from them. We stay in Matagorda & theres some great beaches up the east coast heading to the top, Orzola ..

We've just come back after 2 weeks, 4th year running. Always stay in playa Blanca, great restaurants and nice walk along front each evening. Recommend Da Vinci Italian but lots to choose from. Barney's at dorada was a good bar, also old Irish mill. Congrio we find is best naturist beach at papagayo. I've driven for last 3 years and find it very easy, not loads of traffic and we too used auto reisen and they were great. I'm sure you'll enjoy.
