My wife and stayed in Skala for 2 weeks in September. The main beach is not naturist, but towards the right (looking at the sea!) at the end of the beach before the rocks there were usually a couple, some single men and a single woman who were nude. Wading (waist to chest deep) round the rock towards Spithi beach there are several little inlets with sand where we spent time naked. Several people waded past and glanced, but no-one complained. The sea is so clear, it is very peaceful and it was cooler than being on the beach. Spithi beach is mostly naturist there were usually 3/4 couples there. On the way back into Skala on the path next to the beach there are several beach bars, we found that Green Paradise was great, good food reasonable prices and friendly staff.

I used to use that area and if you carry on towards Marina bay along the beach (its about a 20 minute walk and not advised if its hot)
You can get to it by road if you head out of Scala on the coast road and then at the top of the hill drive down towards the Marina Bay hotel you used to find everyone on that beach were naturist.
The Beach is all sand and only shallow water so ideal for wading out.

Great resort and Skala had great night life.
