Can't on the accommodation I'm afraid. We hired a car, it's pretty cheap for a week, let's you try a few different beaches, allows you to stock up in Corralejo if supermarkets in Cotillo prove lacking. We used Auto Reisen, prebooked and collected at the airport.
it's cheap enough for a car with Auto Reisen for a week , called Top Car . If you stay at the sunset , you'll have to wear something to get onto beach , but as soon as you get on beach you can strip . You're no distance at all from the beach , it overlooks it.Supermarkets you can walk to, easy enough and also lots of restaurants in the village , maybe 10 mins if that, and there are street lights .
By the time you've paid for a taxi though , there and back from airport , you could hire a car.

It is very hard to describe the inner enjoyment of being naked .
I would go for Cotillo Sunset myself as a towel round the waist will be enough to get you from the apartment to the beach. You would need to dress totally for the Cotillo Beach hotel.
You won't need a car if airport transfer is included in the price. If you get a dull day the hourly bus to Corralejo is worthwhile option (last bus back 9pm).
As Dick says there are enough restaurants in the village but avoid the Blue Cow - almost everybody who dined there is disappointed.
