My first true naked experience apart from sun bathing in the garden took place in the swimming pool of a hotel in Stuttgart Germany about 15 years ago. One of my colleagues suggested we go to the pool for a swim but he didn't tell me until we were undressing that is was clothes free zone! Anyway always up for a laugh i went into the pool area dived straight in and swam to the deep end quickly getting put and dashing to the sauna. The biggest surprise was finding the sauna full to the brim with german ladies - not the best start to gaining confidence! But it only took a few minutes to forget any early nerves and it soon felt really natural and became a regular session during my 12 month stint in Germany. My first real outdoor experience was on a deserted beach in Italy leading to visiting some CO beaches in the south of France whilst travelling by motorbike. We since joined a local club and have been members for the past 4 years and really enjoy the grounds, facilities and especially the people. I don't mention to many that i am a naturist as when i have people have reacted unfavourably but my advice to anyone thinking about it - Just do it!
