We are off to the Isle of White this summer. Can anybody recommend any c/o beaches there? I saw an older post but it was a little sparse and may not be up to date?

There is a beach that is used by naturists at Yaverland. Park near Sandown zoo and walk east along the beach for about 20 minutes towards Culver Down and the cliffs. When you reach the cliffs you are there 🙂 I've used this a few times. The locals are friendly. There were around 10 of them the last time I visited during the week last summer.
The beach at Blackgang has been recommended to me but I've not got around to visiting it yet. Apparently a bit of a hike but worth it.
Live on iow and would recommend blackgang beach/niton, is a bit of a hike but well worth it, yaverland is a popular dog walking besch when tide out...weather permitting I go to blackgang beach on most days off...

Black gang is great
I ended up there last year I was working on the island and finished early one day
Swam in the sea walked for miles hardly a soul on the beech - fantastic
Only down side I was working so Denise was stuck at home I think mailing the lovely pics of the beach did rub it in a little lol
