We are off to Algarve Portugal and if anyone knows some nice nudist beaches we would really appreciate your recommendations

Portugal is great. Recommend just about any restaurant in Lagos, but in particular try The Navigator.
Beaches. Zavial has to be the best. Its at the West end of the Algarve and has a good beach bar, (textile), and lovely walks.

I have been to a beach east of Alvor but not sure what it is called.

Tavira has a lovely naturist friendly beach on the island. Very pleasant ferry trip too.
Have a look back about 4 years or so on the forum Beaches non uk.

The Algarve can be wonderfull but we also found a superb beach, with miles of sand, and extremely naturist friendly just south of Lisbon.
We stayed at an area called Caparica, the British do not seem to have found it yet, it is totally unspoilt, frequented by locals and mainly Dutch and French.
Would really recommend it if you want a quite restfull holiday with great beaches and restaurants.
We are just about to have our annual visit to Portugal - only 7 sleeps to go!
For purely selfish reasons, I would not recommend anywhere in the Algarve, all too hot and sandy and naked !
Especially don't go to Zavial beach, nor down to the end and up a bit ( great directions! ) to Beliche ( especially not around the right hand corner!).
Tavira would obviously be a place to avoid !
