I went to cooden beach yesterday, a great beach with hardly any passers by. easy to get to, i took the train to cooden beach station then a 15 min walk along the road parallel to beach, easier than walking on the beach. when the road bends right there’s steps on the left up to the beach, turn right at top of steps, walk along 100yards and your there.
Cooden is mostly known as Pevensey. It's good because of the amount of open space but if it's windy it's very exposed.
The beach also has an evil pervert who roams around looking for women to perve over (without being subtle). He's a little cabbie who wears a cap and he alone has alienated at least two couples I know who no longer go there because of him.
Negatives aside though it's nice and open, large areas of smaller 'softer' stones which are easier on the backside. I don't like that the shallow gradient means if you want a swim you need to walk out quite a long way unless it's high tide.

I was laying on my back enjoying the sun and breeze when a shadow appeared over me, there was a clothed chap with cap, he just stood over me looking at my genital area, feeling uncomfortable I sat up to spoil his view, he then sat down about 6 foot away from me and tried to start a conversation. when that wasent succsesfull he got up and went. perhaps this is the same person
Possibly not. He usually only annoys women. He looks Mediterranean to me. He's about 5ft 6 and doesn't ever have more than just a towel with him.

How do you know that he is a cabbie. Or have you decided that if he is wearing a cap and he is a pervert then he must be a cabbie, and why haven't you reported him to the police or the relevant licening authority.
Most local authorities insist on crb checks now.

Because I see him in his Prius Taxi in the car park from time to time. He's never actually done anything to me so I feel that it would be a bit of a stretch to do anything about it, as well as not wanting to rock the boat! Same reason for others I think.
