I "found" naturism at Papagayo beach about 15 years ago.  It had been recommended as the beach to go to in Lanzarote by my boss - who failed to mention it was clothes optional.  To be honest I did what many people did over the few days I was there - started off wearing swimming shorts and then gradually felt more and more uncomfortable in them whilst many others were wandering about naked.  So lost the shorts and never looked back.  It was interesting to see many other people - male and female, couples and singles, of all ages seemed to adopt exactly the same approach.  Can't wait to get back in the sun - well, it's sunny in Worthing today but it's a bit chilly to be out in anything less than about four layers at the moment.

In Spain I use La Cabrassi between Santa Pola and Alicante.
La Marina between Santa Pola and Guardamar.
In Fueventura anywhere between Costa calma and Jandia.
