We have been trying to get some information on Le Moulin de la Ronde a naturist campsite in France. We have stayed there a few times , but for some reason their website is no longer available . We also thought that they were part of the Naturisme et Terroirs group , but it seems they are not  now . The owners were trying to sell a few years ago , but didn't , we wonder now if they have . Anyone with  any news we,d be very grateful .

its at Vatan and is described as popular with naturists frm th north on therir way to the south . Friendly atmosphere.

After reading your message I checked with them by sending them an email this morning to <moulindelaronde@aol.com>
They have just replied that they are open again in 2015 and looking forward to visits by naturists.

Thankyou so much for finding out for us , we didn't have an e mail address for them . Le Moulin de la Ronde is one of Julies favourite naturist campsites, it is so laid back and when we couldn't find the website , she was starting to really wonder if they had finally called it a day and retired .

I do not know anything more than what I wrote - no idea why their website is down. I mentioned that to them, but did not get a reply on this point
They did write "Nous sommes encore ouverts cette année" (we are still open this year); I take the phrasing to imply that this may be the end.
I hope that you enjoy your stay there. I have to admit that I had never heard of that camping site.

Le Moulin de la Ronde is at Vatan , and a great stopover on the way down south , it really is just off the autoroute and drive through the village to the other end and there it is . When you leave to continue south , you drive straight down the road after leaving the campsite and it runs straight onto the autoroute again . There is a very relaxed way of life there , sometimes on a sunday there can be a "hog " roast , mmmm. Boules is played everyday, naturally , as it is France ! The local supermarket is a few mins walk away and the centre of the village a little further . We have stayed several times , both on the way down and on the way back , but have also stayed for a week one year , so much to see in the area .
