Today the Telegraph reports that Woolacombe beach has been named as one of the top five beaches in Europe.

Got me thinking, what are the top five naturist beaches in Britain?

Guess two of them would be Studland and Mofra?

What others?

I'd add Slapton Sands in South Devon to the list.

I always liked Weston Mouth in Dorset - not been for ages though

I really should have been born on a tropical island

Weston Mouth was one of our favorite beaches.  However, we always thought it was in Devon.

My No.1 choice would be Birling Gap in East Sussex. It is a lovely setting with the 7 sisters chalk cliffs behind you, clean sea water and plenty of space.

To me, a good beach is an empty one. Needs to be clean too  🙂  Empty = Naturist as far as I'm concerned...

Barafundle's a cracking beach.

Studland on a quiet day also takes some beating.

Never been there myself, but Sandwood Bay in Caithness looks outstanding too.
