Hi
Can anyone recommend a campsite in the South of France that will be open from mid March. Intention is to arrive there (with caravan in tow) somewhere between 18th & 20th.
Thanks in advance.

This will be very difficult for visiting naturist location. The weather in France and then special in the south can be very cold until april and cold nights until end of may.
The most locatios we know are closed and some opens in April (Mille Fleur, Belzezy)
in fact i did not found any open before (mid)april ecept Cap D' Agde (15 march)

Carpe Diem. Just enjoi everey day. Live can be short
I think that you may get lucky if you approach a camp site with April opening and ask if you can arrive early in the understanding that there may not be any of the usual facilities available.
In fact you may find that you will get free residence and a new friendship in return for doing some naked cleaning up work ready for the formal opening.

John GW and naturistnl are absolutely right. Although I have not checked the opening dates of individual camping sites in France, most would traditionally start their season at the beginning of Spring holidays for schools; this year the earliest Spring school hols in France start on 11th April.
Thank you all for taking the time to reply. Maybe March is a little too early to be travelling with a caravan to the South of France. I will do some more research before heading off.
