At the risk of labouring this point, Google can only find a picture of you if your name is on the picture. The day will come but for the moment it's not possible to write "John Smith with his kit off" and for Google to translate that into "Unnamed man with a bald patch and the start of a paunch."
Anyone who takes your picture on a beach would have to ask your name "so that I can say who you are on the internet." That may arise your suspicions.
If nobody knows your name, Google can't see you and nor, outside phenomenal odds, will anyone else.

leo is right - I tried googling myself and didn't come up with any pics of myself [despite having photo on company website] and only one naked guy who unfortunately wasn't me

I cant imagine any reason why someone would want to take a photo of me nude.
I would wonder what they would want it for.
As a photographer myself, the only reason I would want to take a photo of you (not knowing you of course heheheh) if for experience in photographing people in the nude. What I would want it for? Possibly my portfolio but that would be with your permission and I would tell you exactly where the image would be (in my case, on my flickr page).
always ask first is the right thing to do, i would always like people to ask me first but now at my age i guess i will not get any requests lol
