Be prepared for some steep hills.The site is built on a very steep hill side,but still its a fabulous place.
Agree with petjac. The river and bathing beaches are lovely.
It's a big site.

If you're ready for the challenge of the walks up- and downhill, the scenery is really stupendous, and the atmosphere is great. And there is a shuttle minibus.

And talking of challenges, it was somewhat tricky getting our motorhome on to a pitch - but we managed it.
I didn't know there is a mini-bus service - I guess that could come in quite handy at times.

The free shuttle service runs every 30 mn, only in the high season.

Evening folks, Mrs goldi and I were at la genes three weeks ago which we prefer because everything is more level, last year we went to sabliere but I never made it to the swimming pool which was up the very steep hill because I was having trouble with a dodge knee norm

Apparently it's rather cool inside the cave, and some naturists prefer to put on some clothing. Also many visitors regret that the lighting of the cave should be so gaudy.
On a visit to the cave at naturist Domaine Lalbrade I was the only naked naturist.
