Definitely my favourite UK beach. Pleasant enough walk from the church car park (you really can't park further down the lane as there are just a couple of thin grass verged outside a couple of houses). The first time I visited, I took the coastal path from Amroth, because it didn't look far on the map. Unfortunately, the map is two dimensional and I didn't realise how hilly it would be. This route only for those who don't mind walking uphill a lot. It does have the advantage of taking you past a small cove, excellent for naturism.
This first visit was on an unusually warm day in October. Unfortunately, it poured with rain just after I got to the coast path. Nothing pleasant about walking in wet denim. surmising that the rain would have put off most walkers, I stripped off not far from the road and put my clothes in my bag. I had swimming shorts with me, just in case the beach was not suitable for naturism after all, and had them handy at the top of my bag just in case. I needn't have bothered. I didn't see another soul the whole afternoon. I walked to the beach and back entirely without clothes. Along with some swimming/sunbathing and reading time, I was away 5 hours in complete solitude. The other route to the beach from Marros yields some spectacular views. The beach itself is clean and sandy, with some interesting caves at the far end. When more crowded, this is, I understand, the part that is used by naturists. I have been several times to this beach and have yet to share it with anyone. It is a beautiful and serene place and I love it.

Yes - that's the path I walked naked. It was bad enough naked, but in wet denim it would have been hell! Choose your day and have available cover though. It doesn't seem as popular as some walks but it is still a hiking trail.
