Has any been to this beach and/or campsite and able to give feedback at all?
Can't find out too much about it!

We stayed in the naturist section of the campsite in May last year for a couple of nights. It was well laid out and the facilities (toilets / showers etc) were good. The gardens were attractive and the road system was of tarmac and properly kerbed in the naturist area - so quite impressive. As it was early season the site was not busy. Unfortunately, the naturist swimming pool was not available at the time (empty).
The area was lovely and the local beaches were attractive, although we didn't use them.

Thanks for the report Mike, sounds like it could be worth the long drive from Vera Playa to Cadiz...once our camper van is fixed!!! The photos of the surrounding area and particularly the beach look fab, perhaps September would be a good idea, as the pool would be open and warmed by the summer sun 🙂

We did the journey from Vera Playa in our camper last year, but stopped over a couple of times along the way.
The first place was not specifically naturist, but a pleasant spot where we got a front-line pitch on the beach of a small cove, just west of Almeria City (so not far from VP) - Camping La Garrofa.

I reckon mid-week outside peak season, it would be OK to strip off at the eastern end of the cove. It's a popular spot at weekends for locals from the city.
Anyway, we loved it and it was a bargain using the ACSI discount scheme - €16 euro (about £11.65) inc electric hook-up! Lying in bed listening to the sea only a few yards away lapping on the beach, and looking at the moon reflecting on the water - quite magical for us.
Oh and the ACSI qualifying dates this year are up to the end of this month (June), and from 1 September until 31 December.
Our next stop from there was a few days at Almanat, at Torre del Mar, east of Malaga. Well worth visiting and the naturist beach, complete with nude bistro is directly adjacent. It's another site that offers the ACSI discount, at the same price €16 and for the same qualifying dates in 2015 as above.

From Almanat we drove directly to Cala del Aceite in one hop.
And after Cala del Aceite we headed into Portugal and stayed at Monte Naturista (we did a textile overnight en route):

wow that sounds fab, thanks for all that info sunchasers!!!! Most useful, we've only been to Almanat from that lot, but the others sound good...most idyllic, you certainly conjure up a magical experience with the gentle lapping of the waves!!
Our old camper van is in a garage just outside Vera Playa, and has major repairs to be done to the engine, so we're hoping we'll be back in business in a couple of months parts-permitting.... sounds like a great journey over to Cadiz!!!
Thanks again!!!

When you get your camper back on the road you could try El Zorro - a Dutch naturist campsite about an hour up the road (north) from VP.

Well worth a visit if you haven't been - the owners are friendly and speak perfect English. And the site is interesting, although access does require travelling the last 3km on an unsurfaced road. Perfectly OK and mostly not too bumpy, just a bit dusty if you don't take it slowly.
Great swimmming pool and bar etc. Personally, I don't think the website does the place justice - we certainly like it. Quiet, with plenty of views and wildlife.

Aaah yes thanks for the reminder of El Zorro Mike...that has been on our radar in the past... i think we've met their relative who lives on Vera Natura!
Will also give that a go then... thanks for the really useful reports!

Yes, I believe the owners of El Zorro own or manage some naturist accommodation at VP also.
If you decide to go, make sure you are absolutely clear how to find the place beforehand. We met a couple in the South of France two weeks ago, working their way back from a Spanish naturist tour, who tried to go to El Zorro but just couldn't find the entrance and after about an hour searching gave up! Don't know why they didn't telephone the site.
The Google streetview camera does not actually go along the road which you turn off to get to the campsite. But you can just see the start of the track from the motorway streetview image below:
The next map is of the co-ordinates position provided by the site for the turn-off to their property:
