I was wondering if anyone uses Climping Beach at all near littlehampton. I've recently moved a couple of miles from there but know nothing about it. Is There a particular area of the beach people use? Do many people actually go there? Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I'm not sure how well used this beach is by Naturists. The only time I've been there, and not for a couple of years now, was with SOC at the end of a walk from Whiteways up on the South Downs. On those occasions our group were always the only naturists there, but as we never used to arrive until nearly 6pm, that isn't much of a guide.

I've heard it can be a bit of a seedy place. Just wondered if any genuine naturists used it. Might just have to pop down on a sunny day and see if there's anyone about
It is definitely used by genuine nudists. Single men at the western end, couples and singles in the central part of the dunes. Textiles at the eastern end.

the wife and I used to use climping beach and found it ok, hope to visit this year. chris
Managed a couple of hours in the dunes today - cool breeze but warm in the sun when nestled down in the dunes.
